Manchester United are looking to generate £30 million from a permanent transfer for Anthony Martial, rather than a loan, according to the Daily Mirror.
Serie A side Roma are said to have enquired about a short-term deal, but the Red Devils are eager to bring in funds from a sale.
Martial was unable to nail down a regular starting spot under Jose Mourinho last season and has been linked with a summer transfer, with Roma showing an interest.
